Session No. 1
Let’s Begin!
During our first meeting, we will review your intake form, confirm your goals and introduce you to the foundational factors for happy hormones. You’ll leave this meeting with an understanding of what has been contributing to any symptoms so you can begin addressing your hormonal health.
Session No. 2
Why were we never taught this!?
We’ll dive deep into reproductive anatomy, the hormone cycle, the menstrual cycle and the ovarian cycle, the essential starting point for mastering cycle awareness and fertility tracking. You’ll finally understand how your hormones and menstrual cycle work together, giving you a whole new perspective on your body. You’ll also start charting your BBT (basal body temperature). It’s an exciting first step that makes charting feel approachable, setting you up for confidence and success as you navigate the learning curve of Fertility Awareness.
Session No. 3
Oh, that’s what that is
We’ll dive into learning how to check and chart cervical fluid, the most important indicator of fertility and hormone health. By mastering this skill, you’ll gain a new level of insight into your cycle and how to interpret your body’s signals. By the end, you’ll have a strong foundation in cycle awareness that sets you up for the rest of the program and a lifetime of understanding your body.

Peak Day and The Fertile Window
The purpose of this session is to equip you with the skill to accurately identify your fertile window, Peak Day and the practical know-how to confirm ovulation using the Cross-Check method. The biggest takeaway will be the ability to confidently recognize and chart these signs, enabling you to effectively track fertility and manage your reproductive health with precision.
We'll also review your BBT and Cervical Fluid, helping you continue on your way to charting mastery.
Session No. 5
Putting it all Together
This is a really fun session as we can start to review both your BBT and and Cervical Fluid annotations more in-depth. You’ll learn how to manage your fertile window and how to check your cervical position. By now, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of your body’s natural rhythm, laying the groundwork for ongoing, effective, hormone-loving lifestyle choices.
Session No. 6 onwards
Enjoy Your Period
Having charted for over a month, we’ll have a clear picture of what your cycle looks like and what your cycle is telling you. Your cycle is your monthly report card, so we will assess the health of each phase. You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of what lifestyle habits are working and which habits need a refresh.
You will continue charting daily so that we can gain a holistic view of what is happening, and review your chart in each following meeting to assess the positive changes happening in your body from having menstrual cycle awareness.

Nope! The Rhythm Method is a type of birth control that follows the "rhythm" that women have 28 day cycles and ovulate on day 14. This method was invented 100 years ago in the 1920s and is not a recommended practice today. It involves noting the first day of your cycle (when your period starts) on your calendar, and then predicting when you will ovulate so you can avoid intercourse. This method is based off of the assumption that you ovulate on day 14, which the majority of people don't, so it's not a reliable form of birth control for a modern woman living in a modern world.
The method you will be learning with me is a sympto-thermal method, using your body's real time, daily signs of basal body temperature and cervical fluid to confidently know where you are in your cycle. We also use cervical position and lutenizing hormone if necessary. I would never suggest you to guess or predict if you are ovulating. Instead, we'll use real time facts based on your own body to confidently know where you are in your cycle.

The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is something that all of us should learn. I like to say that, "FAM is for every one!". The real question is when should you learn FAM?
I am happy to work with anyone who is menstruating and is eager to learn about their cycle and/or address any underlying symptoms so you can enjoy your period.
People learn FAM for different reasons and at different stages of life. Whether you are sexually active and want a natural form of birth control, if you are trying to conceive, or if you simply want a comprehensive understanding of your menstrual cycle - FAM is for you!
Majority of my students are in their 20s and 30s, wishing they had learned FAM when they were younger.
I think it's super important that anyone who wants this information has access, so I am happy to work with anyone 18 and older who is not yet in menopause.

The Fertility Awareness Method you will learn, the Sympto-Thermal method, is 99.6% effective with perfect use. This is in line with the pill's effectiveness when used perfectly. By learning with a qualified instructor (that's me!), you can trust that you will learn everything you need to know to confidently identify your distinct phases and confidently open and close your fertile window. With this knowledge, you can be intentional about your actions and when you do and do not have genital contact or unprotected sex. Being informed and intentional in your sex life is massively important and brings with it a sense of ease, knowing and ownership in your decisions.

The Fertility Awareness Method is a fantastic way to know when your fertile window opens and when it closes, so you know exactly which days are great days to have intercourse for conception. We'll ensure your body and your partner's body are receiving the nourishment and nutrients needed to conceive and carry a baby. *Please note that once you are pregnant, while I love to stay informed about your growing baby, birthing and in-depth pregnancy content is outside the scope of this course.
