Testimonials

  • Michelle's workshop provided us with valuable insights into how hormonal fluctuations impact energy, focus and productivity at work throughout our cycle. She also gave us tips on how to adapt our nutrition and exercise/physical activity to the "seasons" of our cycle as well as concrete suggestions on how to align our work tasks to the changing degrees of energy that we experience during our cycle. Thank you again Michelle for a session that gave me a lot of food for thought!
    -Sacha

  • The program is a wonderful tool to help you know your own needs and rhythm over the month, prioritise what your body and brain are asking for, and manage your energy.
    -Ana Gómez,

  • I really like the simplicity of the seasons for your cycle and how you can easily define your work choices against it. I’m going to attempt to not overload myself during my Winter Season anymore!

  • Our close knit community of Women at LinkedIn remote employees really enjoyed some epiphanies during Kasia and Michelle's cycle syncing workshop! As a group of women in all different stages (of career and womanhood), we were blown away by how little we adapt our days with our cycle. I was also humbled to join a small group and hear that all of the other women "like me" didn't know how to integrate this immediately but RESONATE SO DEEPLY with the effects and desires that vary week over week! We have so much in common and we are half of the workforce, so these are CRITICAL topics to understand in order to be our best selves at work. So grateful I attended this workshop!

Hi, I’m Michelle!

Founder of haus of flow

I discovered cycle syncing while working at LinkedIn, and it changed everything I thought I knew about how to approach work. Every sales rep knows some version of “smile and dial”: you’re supposed to always be prospecting, speak to three clients a day, and always be on the grind.

In 2019, I completely stopped booking sales calls for a few days in a row every cycle, and still became a top performer.

Right before you start your period, your energy and social output naturally dip (because that’s how our hormones work). Rather than “dealing with it” and pushing through, I mapped out my cycle in my Outlook calendar and almost immediately, everything felt so much easier.

If your hormones are out of whack, you have really bad PMS, you're cramping and tired, that's not the ideal time to be on a prospecting call, right? So I stopped doing that, and used the rest of my cycle to double-down on client work. My results went up, stress went down, and it made me wonder why no one ever talked about working in sync with your cycle before.

In a world where companies champion female talent - most workplaces have 50% women in leadership or on teams -  it only makes sense to learn how to work with your cycle for better performance and profits.

If we have access to the data on what our hormones are doing and how our cycles work, why wouldn't you use that to your advantage?

When you sync your tasks with your natural cycle, you unlock a powerful edge that boosts your creativity, productivity, and overall well-being.
