What our community is saying
“I just experienced my first period where I didn't need to take painkillers.”
I felt like I had to live based on a sentence of having a heavy, painful period and that that's just how life is. Being able to know that it can be different and also seeing how much control I have over my lived experience is really, really helpful [and empowering].

“I feel much more empowered and knowledgeable about my body today - which we all should be!”
I am really grateful for having worked with Michelle in the Fertility Awareness Method! I have come out of these sessions significantly more aware and confident in my cycle and its broader impacts on my body and self. Michelle tailors every session & take-home materials to your specific needs. With her guidance, I have taken steps to better manage my cycle/PMS, and feel empowered to continue to care for myself in this area.

“Learning about the seasons of my cycle…was mind-blowing!”
Working with [Michelle] to better understand my cycle, especially the seasons of my cycle, was incredibly eye-opening and instantly changed my approach to "that time of the month." Now "winter is coming" has taken on a whole new meaning in my household, allowing me to implement newfound empathy and grace into my routine. My husband, too, is more understanding and supportive, understanding the "seasons" concept more than PMS. Michelle is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to, making her a great guide for better understanding yourself.

Meet Michelle
In 2019, I started cycle syncing and immediately reaped the benefits of working in alignment with my menstrual cycle: my productivity and results went up and stress went down, and it made me wonder why no one had ever talked about working in sync with your cycle before.
Personally, I felt amazing and professionally, I was winning awards at work. It felt like I had unlocked a secret code to hacking life, when in reality, all I had done was identify the signs in my body and scheduled my tasks accordingly.
A few years later, I was at a yoga retreat in Thailand. One night, our teacher asked us questions like, “How many days each cycle can you become pregnant?”, “Do you get a period when you’re on birth control?” and “What’s ovulation?”.
I got every question wrong.
It made me realize that we shouldn’t have to go to an island in Thailand to learn how our bodies work. So, I quit my job in tech and became obsessed with learning about our cycles and hormones.
Today, I am a Fertility Awareness Educator and certified FAMM Practitioner, helping kids, corporates and game-changing women finally understand how their cycles work and how to get their cycles working for them.
